About James

James, born and raised in Wimborne.  After completing A-levels locally, he went on to achieve BSc Hons in Physics at Cardiff University.  On moving back to Wimborne, he initially worked as a Junior business analyst in the retail industry.

James joined Newnham & Jordan in 2016 as an Accounts Assistant and was promoted to Practice/Accounts Manager in 2017.   James’ numerical knowledge and analytical skills have contributed to the continued growth of the company. His role includes HR, general bookkeeping, quoting, invoicing, forecasting, setting targets and budgeting.

He has completed a course on Trusts, Estates and anti-money laundering and is continuing his studies, currently working on the English Tax system.

Outside of work James enjoys visiting national trusts sites and active holidays such as skiing in the Alpes and sailing across the Mediterranean.
