We make sure you can speak directly to the fully qualified and experienced Solicitor handling your case. We will provide you with direct dial phone numbers and email addresses for the Solicitor handling your case. If we are by the phone we will answer it, if engaged then our sophisticated call forwarding system will hunt down another Solicitor to help you.
Obviously, if the Lawyer you wish to talk to is with a client, in a meeting or in court, they won’t be able talk to you immediately, so please just leave a voice message and we promise to get back to you that day – however late it is – really!
Regular Updates
We have invested in the latest IT “cloud” technology which can be accessed by the partner dealing with your matter from any location with an internet connection. This technology enables us to maintain a high level of security and privacy in respect of access to client files. This technology also enables us to keep you fully updated with the latest developments concerning your matter which we aim to do at the earliest opportunity.
Flexible Appointments at your home or other convenient location
At your convenience we will communicate with you as much as possible by phone, mobile and e mail. However, some personal meetings will be necessary from time to time. We understand the demands of a busy life can make it difficult to get to the Solicitor’s office. To assist you with essential personal consultations, we are happy to meet you wherever and whenever it suits you, maybe in the comfort of your home or some other convenient location. This also enables us to offer all our legal services in a wider area covering Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Shaftesbury, Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport and all the towns and villages within that radius and beyond.

We have structured our fees to be competitive in all our services with some fixed fee quotes so you don’t have the worry of spiraling legal costs. We make sure all costs & fees, including third-party costs (disbursements), are clearly explained avoiding any nasty surprises.
