Experienced Litigation Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated litigation solicitor with a proven track record to join the team at Newnham & Jordan Solicitors. Role will include general litigation/dispute resolution including but not limited to: –

• Property disputes;
• Construction disputes
• Building Safety Act and EWS1
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Dilapidations claims
• Exercise of break options and disputes
• Service of 1954 Act Notices (as well as all other property related Notices)
• Recovery of rent arrears and other sums due
• Rent reviews
• Forfeiture
• Recovery of possession from trespassers
• Disputes concerning alienation
• Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes
• Party wall issues
• Nuisance claims
• Right to Manage, Enfranchisement and TRFF claims
