Here at Newnham & Jordan we have teamed up with Free2Convey who is run by  The Osprey Legal Cloud with the LSSA (Legal Software Suppliers Association).

The idea is simple, a free to use conveyancing portal. It is available to all parties of a conveyancing chain. It gives real time updates of each party in the chain and shows the stage they are at.

Other features include:

Online Virtual Deal Room-This is an Online “Room” where any party can upload a document and invite others to view it or even work on the document.  All work is performed in Microsoft Word and any changes are tracked and approved before being accepted.

Secure & Safe– Free2Convey is a more secure & safer way to share documents and obtain update information between Parties. Free2Convey  operates from secure datacentres that are based in the UK. Nothing is outsourced or held on datacentres outside of the UK.
