Please note there is also a fee (disbursement) payable to the Office of the Public Guardian on registration of the Lasting Power of Attorney.  If your income is below certain levels a reduction can be obtained.  Please contact us for further information as to any reduction you may be entitled to. All prices exclude VAT and any other disbursements.
