I cannot remember, or for that matter thought it ever justifiable, to leave feedback on a site. I suppose people find the time to complain, yet rarely to post positive feedback, but with the advice I have just received it is the least I could do. For it is not as if I paid for any advice and so expected good service, but in fact the opposite. I emailed alot of facts and figures of my case in advance when a simple parking ticket my girlfriend received of £30 had esculated to nearly £900 due to the her moving and the late updating of the new contact address at the DVLA. Instead of trying to get our business or simply saying we did not really have a case and thus sending us a two lined reply advising us not to pursue; we had a 667 word detailed reply from `David Williams` (we are not existing clients) explaining why we would not win a case against the council so not to ask Newnham and Jordan to act (or any other solicitor) as it would cost more money and there was not a case to win AND they had not charged us for the advice and time!!!!!!!!!!..amazing in this day and age! They are certainly someone I would use and recommend in the future due to their honesty..
